How often are new scents/products released?

We aim to add new fragrances a few times a year, this means we may also discontinue a scent that isn't selling. This ensures our range is tailored to our customers. We also will release limited edition fragrances around holidays such as Christmas. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After an order is received on our end we will dispatch it within 48hrs, unless the order is placed on a weekend. Your order should take no longer than 7 business days to arrive. If you have concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we are always looking for wholesale/stockist opportunities. Please contact us for more information. 

What shipping method do you use?

We mostly use Sendle. Please visit our store policy page for more information on shipping. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this stage, we do not offer international shipping. This is something we hope to change in the future.  

What are your payment options?

How do I care for my candle?

What does triple scented mean? 

Triple Scented means that we have used the most possible amount of fragrance in your scented candle. 

 Why does my candle have white spots on it? 

White marks on your candle is called frosting. This is a natural occurrence in soy wax and doesn't affect the performance of your candle. In fact it reassures our customers that we are using 100% natural soy wax.
